    - Lead-210 analysis and sediment dating

Photochemical oxidation of arsenic and antimony (III) Research

· As part of a project funded by the US NSF, measured the rate of photochemical oxidation of As and Sb(III) in open ocean seawater with varying amounts of chromophoric dissolved organic matter (CDOM)
· Used incubation methods and selective hydride generation with gas chromatography-photoionization detection
· Analyzed kinetic data to calculate first order rate constants and reaction order
